Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• PhotoGalleryPlugin (9 Jan 2021, 1.16): A gallery plugin for JPEG photos from digital cameras (and PNG, GIF and SVG graphics)
• PreferencesPlugin (06 Aug 2023, 1.16): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• RenderListPlugin (06 Aug 2023, 2.29): Render bullet lists in a variety of formats
• RenderPlugin (14 Jan 2025, 7.01): Render WikiApplications asynchronously
• SmiliesPlugin (17 Sep 2015, 2.03): Render smilies like as icons
• SubscribePlugin (06 Aug 2023, 3.7): This is a companion plugin to the MailerContrib. It allows you to trivially add a "Subscribe me" link to topics to get subscribed to changes.
• TinyMCEPlugin (11 Feb 2019, 1.32): Integration of the Tiny MCE WYSIWYG Editor
• TwistyPlugin (15 Mar 2026, 4.00): Twisty section Javascript library to open/close content dynamically
• UpdatesPlugin (15 Mar 2026, 2.20): Checks Foswiki.org for updates
• WysiwygPlugin (15 Mar 2026, 1.40): Translator framework for WYSIWYG editors
