What should the Meeting format be?

Here is one suggestion:

1. Administrative announcements (2 min)
2. Open Announcements (2-10 min)
3. TipJar (10 min)
4. Presentation (45 min)
5. SwitchBoard (10-30 min)
6. End of meeting (10 sec)

The TipJar is a great addition to the meetings! I have really enjoyed the first two and am looking forward to more in future meetings.
