Ideas for ALE DayTime

What we need

Place to meet -- large conference room, easy access (no need to badge people in and out), access to a projector

• preferably the closer to down town the better.

Time to meet -- Once a month?

• Try to not conflict with the other groups around the city.

List of topics / presenters -- Gotta have a reason to go.

People to show up

• Recruit people on the ale list

What it'll be

• Lunch meeting 12:00 to 13:00 -- coordinator needs to be 15min early and be last to leave (11:45 to 13:15?)
• Bring your own lunch -- Unless someone's company wants to sponsor a group of individuals without a charter legit organization
• Good chance to network and meet people .
• A great place for those who cannot make the late night ALE meetings.
