- Formatted time - either GMT or Local server time, depending on setting in configure. Same format qualifiers as

%DISPLAYTIME{"format"}% - Example:
%DISPLAYTIME{"$hou:$min"}%expands to10:40 - Related: DISPLAYTIME, GMTIME, SERVERTIME
